How it works

Pick one small thing
Take your meds. Reply to that email. Move for 5 minutes. Small is the point.
Choose your buddy
Name them, pick their tone, and set when they check in.
Get a text
Reply however you want: “did it,” “not yet,” or just vent. Your buddy meets you where you are.

Same friend, your voice. Sarcastic is always affectionate, never mean.

Who it’s for

Why I built this

I’m a therapist and coach who works with people on habits, routines, and daily responsibilities. I kept seeing the same thing: shame-based systems don’t work, and feeling alone in the effort makes everything harder. So I built a buddy who shows up kindly, at your pace.

Your phone number, messages, and habit data are yours. We only use them to run your buddy, we never sell them, and you can pause or delete everything any time.

Do I need the app to get texts?

You set up in the app, then your buddy texts your regular number.

Can I stop anytime?

Yes. Reply STOP to any text, or pause your buddy in the app.
